My name is Ivana Puh, born in Bjelovar and raised in Zagreb.

I graduated from the VERN` University of Applied Sciences and acquired the proffesional title - Proffesional Bachelor of Economics, bacc. oec. – Specialization in Tourism Management.

In the course of the study I gained essential knowledge to carry out various tasks in tourism (organizational tasks and managing tourism at a tourist destination, tasks in all sorts of tourist and catering establishments, tasks related to organization, planning and marketing of tourism, tasks of tourist agencies and tour operators, managerial and organizational tasks related to business activities of different types of accommodations etc.).

I strongly believe in the bright future of Croatian tourism, specifically private accommodation as a traditional way of providing accommodation in Croatia.

That is one of the important reasons why I decided to start with my own business in tourism.  By establishing the Tourist Agency, I would like to achieve the charted Vision and accomplish the set Mission.

To be recognized/preferred tourist agency in private accommodation in Croatia, that offers and provide high quality of tourism services to tourists and tourism service providers.

Our Mission

By providing the high quality of tourism services, and using our local knowledge, experience and contacts, we create for each customer a tailor made solution in order to be able to meet its special needs, and specifically:

To effectively inform tourists about the quality level of the tourism services offered in order to strengthen their confidence.

To help tourism service providers in promotion of the quality of their services and make them attractive in order to achieve a competitive advantage.

To ensure continuous improvement of our own quality of tourism services to meet the requirements of our customers.

To promote the uniqueness, authenticity and diversity of Croatian tourism offer, and in that sense, it is necessary that tourists are provided with up-to-date information on local customs, heritage, traditions, events, services and products.
